Shipping Coverage
We ship orders within Malaysia and internationally.
Shipping availability and rates for international destinations will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During peak periods or sales campaigns, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance times)

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or delivery failure, we will contact you for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damages and Lost Parcels
Regenbright is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We recommend keeping all packaging materials and the damaged goods when filing a claim.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Regenbright is not responsible for these additional charges.
